By accessing or using the Aether Kernel Enterprise Hardware Protection Suite (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Aether Kernel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for enterprise machine defense in accordance with the purchased tier.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aether Kernel and its licensors.
In no event shall Aether Kernel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aether Kernel operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
