At Aether Kernel, we stand behind our Enterprise Hardware Protection Suite. Because our software utilizes cryptographic single-use fulfillment tokens and immediate licensing issuance, all sales are considered final once the installer is downloaded.

2. Exceptions

We will consider requests for refunds within 14 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:

• The software fundamentally fails to install on supported operating systems.
• A critical flaw prevents the software from executing core functionalities.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact admin@aetherkernel.com with your transaction ID and a detailed description of the issue. Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot the problem before processing a refund.
